Just moved back to Central Iowa after being away for 20 years. This store is legit. More Cyclone merch than I've ever seen in one place. Just prepare your wallet: it's quality merch so it's not cheap. I don't think I'll ever financially recover from this

The entire staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. I got the right pink polo shirt for the Cyclones Pink Out game. Your store is so cool. I will and continue to, refer my friends to your business. Thank-you.👍😄

I shopped at Rally House by myself without any staff interaction. It took me about 10 minutes to find the ISU door mat. I took a picture of it and sent it to 2 friends to see if they liked it. Received replies from both (it was going to be a group gift). The store was well arranged and had a variety of nice items. I also looked at the ladies section for a bit. I was the only customer in the store. No one greeted me when I came in or asked me if I needed help. I went to the check out counter and waited a few minutes until a clerk came. She checked me out and was very pleasant.

I had paid for sweatshirt at Rally House in Altoona and Diff was to send it. Since they had the size I needed. After not receiving it after. Week I went into Ames store and they looked for it …found the order ..and said to come back it didn’t show show up later that week. They were very nice but now I have to make another trip to credit for sweatshirt that has not arrived. . I’ll pick up myself next time. Especially after seeing the mound of packages to be sent out behind the counter
